Acceptable Use Policy

What you can't use &Deploy for. It keeps the service safe and fair for everyone. Last updated October 30, 2026.

Draft. This document is a working draft and isn't in effect yet. It will be reviewed by counsel before &Deploy launches.

Don't host apps that

  • Break the law, or help others to, including infringing someone else's copyright or trademarks.
  • Collect passwords, payment details or personal information by pretending to be someone else (phishing).
  • Spread malware, or exploit security holes in other people's systems.
  • Harass, threaten or exploit people, or sexualize minors in any way.
  • Send spam or bulk email to people who didn't ask for it.

Don't misuse the platform

  • Don't try to reach other customers' apps or data, or &Deploy's internal systems.
  • Don't use &Deploy to attack, scan or overload other services.
  • Don't mine cryptocurrency, or use builds and scheduled jobs for work unrelated to running your app.
  • Don't create accounts to get around limits, such as extra free apps.
  • Don't use &Bridge to give apps access to systems you aren't authorized to share.

If something breaks these rules

We may pause the app or account involved, usually after telling you why and giving you a chance to fix it. For serious or urgent cases, such as active phishing or malware, we may act first and tell you afterwards.

Reporting

To report an app that breaks these rules, or a security vulnerability, email security@anddeploy.com with the app's address and what you found.
