"Requests" counts every time someone's browser asks your app for something, such as loading a page or saving a form.
When you do something beyond the free app: a second app, a bigger size, an add-on, or a custom domain on the free app. You add a card once, through Stripe.
Stripe retries automatically. If it still fails, your apps keep running for 7 days, then production is paused with a friendly page. Nothing is deleted for at least 30 days, and paying brings everything back.
Someone who signed in to your app in the last 30 days. Apps without logins are sized by requests instead.
Yes, any time, from Claude or the dashboard. You're billed for the time spent on each size.
