Your account
You need an account to use &Deploy. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account and workspaces, including actions taken by Claude or any other client you connect. Workspace owners and admins control who is a member and what they can do.
The service
&Deploy hosts web apps you create, including their databases, logins, files, domains, email and scheduled jobs, and lets AI assistants such as Claude manage them on your behalf through the connector you authorize. We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features marked "coming soon" aren't part of the service yet.
Your content
You own the apps, code, data and prompts you bring to &Deploy ("your content"). You give us permission to store, process, build, copy and serve your content only as needed to run the service for you. You're responsible for your content and for having the rights to it, and for how your apps treat the people who use them, including your own privacy notices to them.
Billing
Paid apps and add-ons are billed through Stripe as described on the Pricing page: by the hour, never more than the monthly price, plus data transfer over your allowance. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. If a payment fails, we may pause your apps as described on the Pricing page; we won't delete your data for at least 30 days.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend apps that break it, and will tell you why unless the law or an emergency prevents it.
Ending
You can stop using &Deploy and delete your apps at any time. We may end or suspend your access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After an app is deleted, its data is kept for 30 days and then permanently removed.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, &Deploy is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Questions? Contact us.
